Random Acts of Sweetness-

How does one say no to a Random Act of Sweetness, particularly a sumptuous chocolate croissant, buttery & flaky, filled with a creamy, chocolate-ganache center? The answer… you don’t! Smart Savvy’s “Sweet Team” was busy last week making deliveries with this tasty treat, care of Stuart’s Bakery, to many local businesses across the lower mainland. The RAOS initiative is a Random way to bring a bit of Sweetness to the day, sending out a sampling of our city’s most sumptuous sweets to our business partners and their team.
Driving downtown Vancouver required a courageous, yet somewhat courteous driver (kudos to you, Jodi). Manoeuvering past zany cyclists, relentless pedestrians, and even crazier motorists, the Sweet Team conquered all challenges, ensuring promptness along the way. On the way to each stop, Chelsea and Stephanie passionately wrapped each box, adorning it with scarlet ribbon, stamping it with our RAOS sticker, and sending each box out with sweetness and, of course, love.
As one could imagine, the day was long and tiresome, causing fatigue among the team. As necessary, the time came for a few cartwheels and random jumping on West Georgia. After their theatrical debut, the Sweet Team, re-energized and ready to go, made their way to finish the day traveling to Burnaby and ending in Richmond. All in all, an enjoyably fabulous day, not to mention, SWEET!
